- Companies with more than five employees are required to have a comprehensive Health & Safety Policy. One copy could be ready in the first week, which should be displayed clearly, and all personnel will have their own copy as soon as they are printed.
- All personnel must receive basic induction training at the start of employment - this will be completed and documented.
- System will be in place to record all Training, Qualifications, Risk Assessments, Audits, COSHH, Portable Appliance Testing, Accidents and Incidents and more.
The idea is not to take the responsibility from your appointed person, but merely to give them the support to complete the task to a professional standard. The computer is heavily involved in the documentation and recording of information to keep time spent on the task to a minimum.
